Hi,

I'm running Solaris 7 and 8 on a few of platforms (from 'uname -a'):

        SunOS host1w 5.7 Generic_106541-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10
        SunOS host2m 5.8 Generic sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10
        SunOS host3s 5.8 Generic_108528-03 sun4m sparc SUNW,SPARCstation-5

On all of these systems, 'netscape -V' reports: "Netscape 4.7/Export,
16-Sep-99; (c) 1995-1998 Netscape Communications Corp." (the version of
Netscape that comes from Sun with each of these O/S's).

The hosts are running the following versions of OpenSSH:

        host1w: SSH Version 1.2.27 [sparc-sun-solaris2.7], protocol version
1.5.
Standard version. Does not use RSAREF.
        host2m: SSH Version OpenSSH_2.1.1, protocol versions 1.5/2.0.
                        Compiled with SSL (0x0090581f).
        host3s: SSH Version OpenSSH_2.3.0p1, protocol versions 1.5/2.0.
                        Compiled with SSL (0x0090600f).

However, only host1w can display Netscape on my X server (Sun Solstice (NCD)
PC-Xware 5.02 - Solstice version 3.2.0.0), the other two systems report:

"X connection to [hostname]:10.0 broken (explicit kill or server
shutdown).
X connection to [hostname]:10.0 broken (explicit kill or server
shutdown)."

Can any one give me any suggestions ... (polite ones please ;^)

Note that I DO have "X11Forwarding yes" in sshd_config, "ForwardAgent yes"
and "ForwardX11 yes" in /etc/ssh/ssh_config; and I am having no trouble with
other X apps (e.g. 'xterm', 'xclock', etc.).

Thanks in advance,

-
