Aha, I missed the 1.99 version, then it MUST NOT output any extra stuff
before the SSH- line since 1.5 clients can't handle that probably.

This is true, I didn't reflect on why you got it just that it might be
there in the case of pure 2.0 server. Well, I'm sure someone at SSH
Inc. knows what's going on so I'll stop speculating right here :-).
