sshd behind proxy

Hello,   what is to do to get a connection to a sshd server behind a proxy server?     ssh        Internet           ms-proxy2.0      Intranet           sshd (win2k) |__|--------------------------|__|-------------------------------|__|   The PC with sshd service is runnung msproxy client to. Must there be any INI-file like wspcfg.ini? What are the contents of the INI-file if one is necessary? Connections via Intranet are possible.   TIA Werner
