/dev/random versus /dev/urandom

Hello all,

I have always installed openssh and openssl
with /dev/urandom  as my source of entropy.
On my linux machines, I have both /dev/random
and /dev/urandom. I was wondering if there
is any advantage/disadvantage of using one
over the former.
