Allow SFTP, Deny SSH

I have searched the archives with no luck.  I am trying to set up an
account or group of accounts.  I need to give these users access to
sftp.  However I do not want these users to be able to SSH into the
server.  Is there a way to do this securely.  I am currently using
openssh2.5.2p2 with openssl 0.9.6 on Solaris 7.
