Greetings,

I configured + compiled openssh-2.9p2
-with-tcp-wrapper support
My problem is getting hosts_access file,
(/etc/host.allow) to take
argument of a file.
>From manpage:
A string that begins with a `/' character is treated
as a file name. A
host name or address is matched if it matches
any host name or
address
pattern listed in the named file. The file
format is zero or more

lines with zero or more host name or address
patterns separated
by
whitespace. A file name pattern can be used
anywhere a host name
or
       address pattern can be used.

When I run tcpdchk, it comes up with:
warning: /etc/hosts.allow, line 14: /etc/s_hosts: bad
net/mask pattern

This same configuration is set for other tcpd
functions, telnetd, ftpd
++ and they only allow hosts in their s_hosts file.
For ssh though, this is not the case. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
