Need help with Open shh support

I have been asked to install openssh in all our Unis Solaris and AIX servers
and need lots of help. 
Can someone help answer the following questions ?
1- Does Open SSH support secureid  authentication?
2- What is PKI, Is this the same a the public Key file ?.  Can it be used
with Openssh ?
3- Does anyone provide a pkgadd version of OpenSSH?. We ahve too many
servers to have to compile it  and install all the prereq. packages. 
    Any other options?
