I was trying that with Thawte's certificate I got for Microsoft IIS. I
had to recover private key from IIS and then attempted to use it along
with its public key's certificate. I couldn't get it to work, because
SSLeay was reporting that modulus N is 511 bits long. (I noticed, key
pairs generated by ssleay have first bit of N set to 0, whereas I had
set it to 1). I recall Eric or Tim was looking at this but I don't know
how things ended up.
