In some application I want to request a certificate from Netscape
certificate Server 1.0 .And I used spkigen.c in $ssldir/demos to
generate a pair of key. With the SPKI output
from the program I urlencoded it and replace the value of
subjectKeyGenInfo in the form of Netscape certificate server request
.The packet is as followning :
