Appologies I should've checked the latest signtool. The test file was
originally signed with the old perl signing tool and zigbert 0.60 (0.60A
doesn't work). Anyway I've analysed the output of signtool and it splits
up the event handlers differently.
Or to summarise signtool 1.0 appears to be broken.
Maybe someone should write an SSLeay based version since so many
officical ones are bad.
