I think the appropriate approach here is to write to WebTV and see which
certs they accept.  If they accept from one of the /other/ CAs than FINE,
if not ask them when they will and tell them that until that time your
products will be unavailable via. WebTV (and make a note of this on
your website.... (then the WebTV customers can complain.))

PS a note to VeriSign might be nice too... I went with another CA due to
the fact that they really overcharge.
