Now that you asked, I realized that I don't have to do this.
My server decides whether I can sign the request myself or I need to
forward the request to a Netscape certificate server. I have been
working with the SSLeay generated request file and server type
certificate for Netscape CS. I guess I had my mind set to the server
certificate request and tried to convert a SPKAC (client request) to a
PEM request. Actually, I don't have to do this, just post to Netscape
Certificate server as a client cert request. All will be fine.
