I was looking through V.R. Bass's FAQ the other day and came across the
reference to this web site:

It's a pretty complete series of pages on building a model of a
Kerr-Stuart Brazil Class 0-4-2ST locomotive. It looks like it can be
built to run on gauge 0 or gauge 1 track, and can be converted back and
forth.
Has anybody built one of these? Is anybody building one? Is anybody
thinking of building one?
