Erv,

Have a couple of questions. What's your schedule before and
after the meet. It looks like I will be the only one coming
down, as Mary has three other things going on. Write her
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask her what they are. What's
happening on Saturday? I've set aside a couple of days on
either side of the Sunday for travel and whatever!

Do you have an empty bed that I could crash on? I don't
want to impose if you've got other things going on. I can
always stay at Char's if need be.

The BAGRS locomotive has been totally rebuilt in 7/8ths and
I think that I finally have a firm order for a Midwest
boiler and engine etc. Got the gears ordered yesterday and
some brass shapes today. It may even run by your open house
- provided everyone delivers. Of course the problem is
clearances. Still haven't heard from Potomac about the
original order placed about 6 weeks ago. I heard that they
were closed down for about 5 weeks while on business trip or
something. Heck of a way to run a business.

Also have a 20' long 7/8ths flat car almost completed. It
needs truss rods and brake wheel installed and lettered and
it will be complete. It weighs a ton and a half but looks
really impressive.

Let me know,
Bruce
