Ruby IV

I was looking at St. Aubins ad in Garden Railways and noticed under the
Accucraft section, a listing for a Ruby IV.  They call the original Ruby a
#I, the red one a #II.  I had not heard of a IV.  The ad states it comes
with a gauge and tender.  Anyone have any info on this?  I suspect it is
something St. Aubins packaged together, A Ruby II perhaps and someone else's
tender. Any thoughts?
