I draw my own on large pieces of paper. It's not very difficult. The back
of wallpaper rolls is a good source.
Alternatively, Old Pullman provides a template with their turnout kits. They
might sell them separately.
P.S. Your question is a bit vague - I assume you meant 4'-5' radius? I.e.
#4/5 frog. What scale - your address includes 7mm which is O scale?
