Your mention of the cat was timely as I just found a use for said beast this
evening. I was in the back garden preping the line for an open day in 2
weeks when I noticed all those cobwebs in the tunnel. Spoting one of our
fine felines nearby I called to my wife Cheri. " Would you please offer up
that cat to the other tunnel mouth and I will call for her at this end". Low
and behold 'Chip' the cat walked through and appeared at my end covered with
cobwebs. Tunnel cleaned and dusted.
Yes, there is a good use for cats after all!
