They both use the same type, but the steam oil reservoir, which is disguised as the 
air tank under the footplate, is in different locations.  #268 has it behind the 
cylinder on the RHS, the #42 has it in front of the cab on the left.

The oil line is connected to a fitting on the back of the steam chest - probably meets 
the steam pipe from the boiler/superheat inside?
