Ahh. Yes. At least we all run 45 mm for Gauge-1. I think. None of the Roundhouse Literature that I've seen tells you what the SR& RL #24 is. It doesn't bother me and most of the LGB and USA rolling stock I use behind mine looks good to my eye. And that's all I care about.
