as documented, so I can have in [domain/*]

a retrieve attribute values from mod_lookup_identity using
LookupUserAttr email REMOTE_USER_EMAIL " "
LookupUserAttr firstname REMOTE_USER_FIRSTNAME
LookupUserAttr lastname REMOTE_USER_LASTNAME
