We haven't built one, because we thought there are no RHEL5 users who
would like to run the latest SSSD. We still do build the nightlies for
RHEL5:
http://jdennis.fedorapeople.org/ipa-devel/rhel/5Server/x86_64/os/
but not the stable releases.
The upstream Makefile has a "make rpms" target that should work.
