no, currently not, this will change with the SSSD managed KCM. As a
workaround you can switch on the desktop lock/screensaver (e.g. with
Gnome press Windows key and 'L' together) and then unlock the screen
again. This operation will run through SSSD and request a TGT when
connected with the VPN.
