Looks like a memory leak.

On a machine where 'sssd_kcm' consumes a lot of mem, could you please follow
https://sssd.io/contrib/talloc.html#identifying-memory-leaks
and generate a memory report? (just note to replace 'sssd_nss' in the
example to 'sssd_kcm' and to have referenced debug packages installed)

Report doesn't print memory content, so /should/ be free of private data...
But if worried feel free to email this report directly to me.
