By default (IIRC), stable/* builds support "reproducible builds."

The output of "uname -a" from a reproducible build lacks artifcacts that
are specific to that particular build; rather, it should be identical to
a build done from a different machine (using the same sources -- and of
the same architecture).

To restore the information (for future builds), append

WITHOUT_REPRODUCIBLE_BUILD=yes

to /etc/src.conf.

(For further details, see src.conf(5); look for
"WITH_REPRODUCIBLE_BUILD".)
