Revert "drm/radeon: don't share plls if monitors differ in audio support"
to the 4.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
revert-drm-radeon-don-t-share-plls-if-monitors-differ-in-audio-support.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.0 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

This reverts commit a10f0df0615abb194968fc08147f3cdd70fd5aa5.
Fixes some systems at the expense of others. Need to properly
fix the pll divider selection.
