libceph: kill bad_proto ceph connection op
to the 3.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
0039-libceph-kill-bad_proto-ceph-connection-op.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

vector, so just get rid of it.
