Thanks for the information.
I could install v3.2.1 using STAF321-setup-hpux.bin , though this error
occured while installation
Unable to load JNI dll

But when I start STAFProc, it crashed with error,

On HP-UX you need to set SHLIB_PATH instead of LD_LIBRARY_PATH. If you
use the graphical installer, this should be set automatically for you,
although you may need to log out and log in again. If you use the shell
script installer, then you'll need to set this by hand. Section 3.12 of
the STAF User's Guide discusses the necessary environment variable
updates.
Note, just to be clear, we currently only officially support HP-UX
Version 11.11 or higher (largely due to where we can build and test
STAF). Earlier versions of STAF were supported on earlier versions of
HP-UX, however I don't recall which specific versions of STAF match up
with which specific versions of HP-UX. Looking at our History file, it
appears that STAF V3.2.2 was the first version that we built on HP-UX
11.11. So, you might also try STAF V3.2.1 or earlier and see if you get
the same error.

I tried with HP-UX 11.11+ (PA-RISC 32-bit) distribution. But it fails
while starting STAFProc with error,
