I have STAF 3.0.2/ STAX 3.0.1 installed on Win2k3. I've been using this
combo for quite a while. Recently, the following error is appearing when
I start STAXMon.jar.

I have STAF installed as a service. When I start the STAF service, I can
start the STAXmon.jar with no errors. If I log off my console session,
and log on again, I cannot start the STAXMon.jar. RC 6 is returned when
the STAX LIST SETTINGS is executed during initialization. The STAF
service is running and responds to ping successfully.
I have another machine with the latest STAF/STAX installed and the same
behavior is occurring.
The Java version is: java version "1.4.2_07"
