You will need to reinstall STAF to get the external services. Note that
you don't have to install it in another location, just do an upgrade
install using the existing install location.

True, but I dont have STAFZip.dll in my staf\bin directory. Where can I
get it from? One option is to reinstall it in another location and get it
from there.
