You can simply run the PROCESS START command that you provided.
For example:
[r...@staf1a root]# STAF local PROCESS START SHELL COMMAND "ps -eaf | grep
DELAY | grep -v grep" WAIT STDERRTOSTDOUT RETURNSTDOUT
