Hi, If you open a command prompt, and go to the directory where you downloaded file STAF340-setup-win64-NoJVM.exe, and execute the file from the command prompt, what is the error message you get? Are you sure you have JVM installed on the machine (and in the PATH)?

I am not able to install "STAF340-setup-win64-NoJVM" in win server 2008
R2. If i double click the setup file nothing happens.Any workarounds?
