The uname output indicates that the operating system is 32-bit. So, you need to install the 32-bit version of STAF (i.e. STAF342-setup-linux.bin or STAF342-setup-linux-NoJVM.bin or STAF342-linux.tar.gz).

If I run the command that STAF local service HELP,system will give a
message that bash: /usr/local/staf/bin/STAF: cannot execute binary file
