Things to do:
- test if the current version works with this new Server
- create a user name for the unit tests
- adapt the unit tests to use this account (update the
MockComponentContext.java)
- Update descriptions in metatype.properties to point users to this new server
with the possibility to create a user account
- Decide if the new domain should be the default. Thinking of using the old
only in case that no username is set via the osgi config.
