I plan to start with this work next Monday (24.01.2011).
As a first step I will only change the namespaces, constants, bundles and java
doc from "eu.iksproject.fise" to "org.apache.stanbol.enhancer".
This will not contain any changes to the ontology namespaces (see STANBOL-3)
nor contain any refactoring
