License problems of Aperture dependencies

The Stanbol Enhancer Metaxa Engine internally uses Aperture
(http://aperture.sourceforge.net/).
Aperture itself is distributed under a BSD like license however the following
internal dependencies are not compatible:
- bibsonomy (LGPL)
- charopenhashset (LGPL)
- htmlparser (LGPL)
- jacob (LGPL)
- jaudiotagger (LGPL)
- jcifs (LGPL)
- uncompressinputstream (LGPL)
Note:
- DOM4J uses a modified BSD that is compatible (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-43)
