Make Stanbol launch directory for integration-tests configurable

When the integrations-tests are executed Stanbol is launched in the ${basedir}
folder of integration-tests project.
This launch directory should be configurable in the POM to move the launch of
Stanbol to any desired directory. The configuration would allow that tests can
resolve the launch directory and e.g. prepare test data, set up the
environment, etc.
