Fabian, I will remove the ext bundle of Ontology Manager - Store. Instead, the
ones in the trunk/owl and trunk/reasoners/owllink as OWLAPI and OWLlink
libraries will be used but it requires some adjustments in the pom files. I
will open a new issue for that.
