Ontology Manager Store uses its own OWLAPI and OWLlink libraries. As they are
already provided by owl and reasoners/owllink bundles, it causes duplication.
Therefore, ext bundle of Ontology Manager Store containing duplicate libraries
should removed and already existing libraries should be used.
