STANBOL-141 added support for installing SolrIndexes provided as Archives
managed by the Sling-Installer framework.
However removing such indexes if the source configuration is removed was never
implemented.
This feature is e.g. required if a user want to upgrade from a smaller local
index (e.g. the dbpedia index provided with the default data) to a bigger one;
to replace an index with a newer version; Remove the solr files form the disc
if a previously installed index is no longer needed.
