Provide SolrCores and CoreContainer also as OSGI services so that other
components that depend on such services can be implemented more efficiently.
The main advantage of this approach would be the ability to react on changes to
SolrCores (e.g. if an index was updated with new data).
In addition this feature will be also required for the implementation of
STANBOL-353
