Indexing semantic relations of a content item through Solr
----------------------------------------------------------
Key: STANBOL-361
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STANBOL-361
Project: Stanbol
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Content Hub
Reporter: Ali Anil Sinaci
Executing different types of search engines one by one leads to a performance
and compactness problem. A simpler approach to index the enhancements can
eliminate the EnhancementSearchEngine.
At the time of content submission, semantic relations of the entities of the
content should be aligned with the content item and indexed through Solr. This
would eliminate the need for a LARQ index on global enhancements graph. With a
configured cache index, semantic relations such as city-country,
country-capital, city-region, country-largestcities, person-occupation,
person-birthplace etc... can be indexed along with the content item in Solr.
