The proposal is to define a new OSGI component called "ReferencedSolrServer"
that allows to explicitly register Solr directories and initialize a Solr
CoreContainer running within the same JVM (e.g. by configuring an instance of
this Component via the Apache Felix WebConsole). Such CoreContainers and
SolrCores would be also available as OSGI services as described by STANBOL-354.
