Switch back to use SNAPSHOT version for all stanbol.data artifacts

All stanbol/data artifacts do currently not use SNAPSHOT versions.
The reason for that was to avoid downloading such potential big jar files on
every maven build at a time where this artifacts where not build by the build
process, but still manually created.
In the meantime all such artifacts are created during the normal build process
and there is no longer a good reason for not using SNAPSHOT versions.
To solve this issues the version of all current bundles will be increased by
0.0.1 and the SNAPSHOT suffix will be added again.
