WebVIE does not work when deploying Stanbol at a different alias.

When deploying Stanbol using another alias than "/" the WebVIE demo does not
work. It seems that the path to the Stanbol enhancement engines is hard coded
instead of using the existing variables to get correct paths.
In my test I deployed Stanbol under "/stanbol".
