Add source release assembly descriptor for complete Stanbol stack releases

The Stanbol 'framework' profile does not contain any engines and launcher. But
to release a complete Stanbol stack with engines and launchers we need an
additional source release descriptor that contains more than just the
framework. Therefore, a 'stack' source release assembly descriptor is needed.
