Resolution: Fixed
the /data/sites/dbpedia module provides a default data set with 43k entities
that can be even later updated to a full set e.g. by downloading the
precomputed dbpedia index available at
http://dev.iks-project.eu/downloads/stanbol-indices/dbpedia-3.7/
