Based on discussions last week in Zürich with Reto and David Riccitelli (see
also [1]) I created a specification for the Java API that would allow us to
implement the extensions to the Enhancers REST endpoint discussed here
http://stanbol.staging.apache.org/stanbol/docs/trunk/enhancer/STANBOL-414-specification.html
I would be nice to get some feedback on the proposed specification
