Revise Stanbol Documentation page - merge with Component page

The 'Documentation' page [1] of the Stanbol web site should be revised. At the
moment this page tells something about documentation for two distinct user
groups but most of the documentation that is promised on this page does not
exist, yet. IMO we should avoid to put things on the web page that may be
available there in the unknown future (same as dead links to pages that do not
exist, yet). Just put the content online that we have.

Therefore, I propose to refactor the documentation start page:
- Merge with content from 'component' page (perhaps component page can be
removed then)
- Add links to (existing) tutorials and FAQ
