Since the commons package has seen a steady growth, it would be nice to include
the OWL package as well.
It is a container for the OWL API (in a local repo, until it's put on
maven-central by the Manchester people) with a few utility classes for
refactoring URIs and transforming across Jena - OWL API - Clerezza object
models.
