Update to ldpath 0.9.5

While working on ookaboo [1] image search I fixed a bug in LDPath [2] that is
essential for the example (4) in [1] to work. However this fix will be only
fixed with version 0.9.5 that also introduced an small API change in the
RDFRepository API.
This change requires the LDPath RDFRepository implementation for Clerezza and
the Entityhub to be adapted accordingly.
